Located in the coastal suburb of Currumbin Waters, the Wilkinson Project involved a carefully considered full home renovation and carport addition, transforming the original dwelling into a contemporary residence tailored to modern family living.

Through a thoughtful reconfiguration of the floorplan and the introduction of refined architectural elements, the renovation significantly improves both spatial flow and overall liveability.

At the heart of the home, a generous open-plan kitchen, living and dining area creates a central gathering space designed for everyday living and entertaining. Expansive glazed openings frame views to the outdoor entertaining areas while allowing natural light to filter deep into the interior, reinforcing the relaxed coastal lifestyle synonymous with the home’s location.

Internally, the material palette balances clean contemporary finishes with warm natural textures to create a calm and inviting atmosphere. Neutral tones, timber detailing and carefully crafted joinery introduce depth and character while maintaining a cohesive design language throughout the home.
